  • 24+ hours before departure: Full refund minus $10 processing fee
  • 2-24 hours before departure: 75% refund of ticket price
  • Less than 2 hours before departure: 50% refund of ticket price
  • After departure time: No refund available

Train Ticket Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund minus $20 processing fee
  • 24 hours or less before departure: 75% refund of ticket price
  • After departure: No refund available

Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Cancellations: Full refund including all fees, free rescheduling, or travel credit valid for 12 months.

Carrier-Initiated Cancellations: Full refund including all fees and taxes, complimentary rebooking on next available service.

Medical Emergencies: Full refund with valid medical documentation and waived processing fees.
